Home sweet home, or in your case, a dilapidated building. Of course, nothing is stopping you from finding shelter elsewhere, but at some point you must have stepped into this building or slept under its roof, so this is home; while it's not very plush, do you really want to risk sleeping outside?

There is also a small plaque on the mailbox now with everyone's names engraved on it. Trying to deface it will result in more papercuts, for some reason. The names read:

By your sleeping arrangements, there are chests to hold whatever items you opt to place in them, which cannot be publicly accessed like the rest of your house. Otherwise, guests are free to come and go or sleep over, though going over the maximum suggested occupancy will be uncomfortable and cramped. Guests will also be unable to access to this post. Characters are also free to stay at any of the other housing locations, with the same stipulations.

Feel free to use this post for any resident gatherings, updates, etc!

For your easy reference: An industrial, cold building with no windows, brown-stained floors, and the metallic smell of blood. Five adult, wooden coffins sit neatly in a row near two metal surgical tables. Often, scratching can be heard from inside one of the coffins. Opening any of the lids reveals only an empty nest of plush velvet lining, perfect for long naps out of the sun. If the lanterns on the walls are still too bright, there is a tiny basement level with two extra coffins, not a sliver of sunlight or lamplight to be found. Additionally, the basement houses a chest with several velvet blankets inside.

Out front, a large, wooden mailbox sitting on a sturdy pole. There is enough room for all deliveries for every individual assigned to this housing.

[ he really does have to have a long think about how to phrase this without getting another broom thrown at him. ]

Astarion is a charming fellow who is rather particular about his environs. Do keep anything you would care to hold onto in your lockable chest, please understand it is force of habit, and not personal. As a personal endorsement, I've had my tent next to his for most of the past few weeks and had a perfectly peaceful co-existence.

[ there. ]

I don't mind sleeping in the basement.

Whatever is more comfortable for you, it really is no issue.

My only request would be something that is not directly on the ground, or I may not be able to arise again in the morning.

[ Does not explain. ]

[ frowns ]

[ hmph ]

[ lowers his voice, ] That guy seems delicate enough without knowing about the worm.

[ leans over and whispers, ]

Is that what happens when you age past thirty?

Seems like it. Yaga's also has high blood pressure, doesn't he?

[ Whistles. ]

Asta's must be through the roof. We should be careful.

[ blinks at the nickname... annoying ]

Maybe we can find something to make this place more relaxing. Got any music on your phone?

[ Normal voice. ]

I do, but it didn't come with a charger.

Oh. [ bummer ] The basement doesn't have any light, I thought we could use your phone but I guess we'll have to find lamps or something.

[ he's just assigning them basement ]

Think the goatspawns would give me a battery bank?

[ .............WAIT ]

I don't remember choosing the basement?!

[ hehe ]

There are two coffins down there and a door. It's basically a private room.

[ Nice people would let the two teen girls have a private room, but no. This is enticing. ]

Okay. We definitely need to get another magical lantern or something.

[ I forgot about Nona and Vin, and the fact that Geto would definitely offer them the basement if they wanted privacy.

He's banking on them thinking the basement is too creepy. ]

There's probably lanterns in other places we can take. It's too bad there's no water source, we might've been able to move one of the troughs down there.
