Four crows watch with little beady eyes, judgmental. Color-coded ribbons adorn their legs in streaks of white, crimson, purple, and gold. You're welcome to tie little notes to their talons with your new writing utensils by the bulletin board, and they will remain obediently still just long enough for you to complete your task.

And then they will peck the ever-loving shit out of you and fly away to deliver your message. Nothing's easy here, it seems.

Crows cannot be found on Fridays, making the NPCs unreachable on Fridays only.
