Home sweet home, or in your case, a dilapidated building. Of course, nothing is stopping you from finding shelter elsewhere, but at some point you must have stepped into this building or slept under its roof, so this is home; while it's not very plush, do you really want to risk sleeping outside?

There is also a small plaque on the mailbox now with everyone's names engraved on it. Trying to deface it will result in more papercuts, for some reason. The names read:

Alfyn Greengrass, Camille Preaker, Erin Winter, Karma Akabane, Todomatsu Matsuno

By your sleeping arrangements, there are chests to hold whatever items you opt to place in them, which cannot be publicly accessed like the rest of your house. Otherwise, guests are free to come and go or sleep over, though going over the maximum suggested occupancy will be uncomfortable and cramped. Guests will also be unable to access to this post. Characters are also free to stay at any of the other housing locations, with the same stipulations.

Feel free to use this post for any resident gatherings, updates, etc!

For your easy reference: The exterior of the theater is hanging on by a thread, and even the trees have seen much better days. Two elegant but wilting doors open into a space more dilapidated than the outside of the building. And more… clownified? Thirteen benches litter the auditorium, some in decent condition and many others close to breaking apart, but all of them covered in the remnants of multi-colored confetti. The stage has seen much better days even with the enthusiastic strips of old banner at the back exclaiming CLOW- KING RETU—! Cracks in the flooring stretch from left and right stage all the way to the proscenium, and those traversing the stage floor should use caution lest they crash through to the trap room below. Crates and boxes are stuffed with brittle unused balloons, a broken ukulele, a stained deck of cards, and dried-up face paint.

A chest near the bottom of the stage has a handful of colorful, patchwork blankets and pillows inside.

Out front, a large, wooden mailbox sitting on a sturdy pole. There is enough room for all deliveries for every individual assigned to this housing.

Look at the banner. There's some missing on the left end. Clearly it meant to say 'ALFYN GREENGRASS, THE CLOWN KING, RETURNS'

[ jovially, without looking up from where he's seated on the chest he's decided is his as he works on carefully tearing one of the cult robes into strips with his hands and one of the points of his axe: ]
