Home sweet home, or in your case, a dilapidated building. Of course, nothing is stopping you from finding shelter elsewhere, but at some point you must have stepped into this building or slept under its roof, so this is home; while it's not very plush, do you really want to risk sleeping outside?

There is also a small plaque on the mailbox now with everyone's names engraved on it. Trying to deface it will result in more papercuts, for some reason. The names read:

Eric Tomizawa, Ichiban Kasuga, Kanda Yuu, Kate, Laudna, Lavi, Pickles, Yuffie Kisaragi

By your sleeping arrangements, there are chests to hold whatever items you opt to place in them, which cannot be publicly accessed like the rest of your house. Otherwise, guests are free to come and go or sleep over, though going over the maximum suggested occupancy will be uncomfortable and cramped. Guests will also be unable to access to this post. Characters are also free to stay at any of the other housing locations, with the same stipulations.

Feel free to use this post for any resident gatherings, updates, etc!

[ Waiting for you all in your mailbox is a gift! Whoever made the order should know what they asked for—and they will be the only ones able to take their respective item from the pile. They include:

[as of monday week 0, the house has been decorated! there are little red and black ribbons on the picture frames, the quilted blankets artfully tossed on furniture as throws, some embroidery on the pillows in the bedrooms. lots of little cups and jars everywhere with flower bouquets in them, a wreath on the door, plenty of DIY rustic decor made with sticks and twine, pretty dried flowers and herbs hanging on the wall, little candles with flowers and ribbons lit everywhere. kind of these vibes, but all with things that can be found around the town or in the crafting kit.

laudna has set up a pretty bouquet of dried purple flowers in her and yuffie's bedroom. also, there are a few pillows with (very simple) custom embroidery:
- lavi's pillow has a panda bear
- kate's pillow has little red flowers and ribbons
- yuffie's pillow has a fish jumping in a stream
- ichiban's pillow has a lobster holding a bouquet
- tomizawa's pillow has a hammer in a bed of flowers
- kanda's pillow has beautiful cursive script that says Leave Me Alone
- pickles has a bone on his dog bed!

where did she find time to do all this embroidery in like one day. leave me alone.]

[laudna is sitting in the dining room of the haunted house, with some craft items spread out on the table in front of her. she's working currently, it seems, on embroidering a throw pillow, but there are also a bunch of red and purple flowers set out on the table.]

Let's make this place a little more homey. Would anyone like to volunteer their flower crowns for some arrangements?

[we also have some random cups and jars, some pieces of candle, some ribbons and twine, and other various colorful scraps and stuff for diy crafting.]

[ After spending the night out because he didn't want to scare Kate by being a grown adult man, Pickles finally comes back inside the haunted house as a dog this time and then sneezes from how dusty it is. After looking confused about the abundant dust and then looking even more confused about his missing bed, he just. Sits there and tilts his head. ]

[ On Thursday, you will find that this house, which has been getting rapidly very dusty... is a lot cleaner now!

Kate can be seen using a broom to sweep up the floor and collect all of the dust in a bucket. Well, very little is actually dust. Most of it is soot (and also dog hair), and there's a lot considering they've only been here a few days. She's wearing the white robe they arrived in, which is stained with soot. ]

... This looks better...

[ But she does take the time to crouch down and look under the furniture to make sure it hasn't just been pushed out of sight. She's being thorough! ]

- One (1) large order of shampoo.

[ It's around evening when Pickles returns to the haunted house. From frolicking in the fields, beach, and sea, he needs a bath. He has his shades on though. He whines.

The puppy requires some bathing and brushing assistance. ]

WEEK 1, THURSDAY

[ you may have noticed that, over the past couple of days, ichiban and tomizawa have been around the house a little less. their few personal belongings have disappeared from their room, but anything communal like the 3-in-1 bottle is still available for the house! ]

So... if we're expectin' things to go anything like how last week did, is anyone else planning on staying somewhere else tonight? Tomi and I are probably gonna try something different and hang out on the island to try and spread out.

Nothing against anyone here personally, I swear! But, yeah, just thought you guys deserve a heads up. Don't go worryin' about us, okay?
