Home sweet home, or in your case, a dilapidated building. Of course, nothing is stopping you from finding shelter elsewhere, but at some point you must have stepped into this building or slept under its roof, so this is home; while it's not very plush, do you really want to risk sleeping outside?
There is also a small plaque on the mailbox now with everyone's names engraved on it. Trying to deface it will result in more papercuts, for some reason. The names read:
Eric Tomizawa, Ichiban Kasuga, Kanda Yuu, Kate, Laudna, Lavi, Pickles, Yuffie Kisaragi
By your sleeping arrangements, there are chests to hold whatever items you opt to place in them, which cannot be publicly accessed like the rest of your house. Otherwise, guests are free to come and go or sleep over, though going over the maximum suggested occupancy will be uncomfortable and cramped. Guests will also be unable to access to this post. Characters are also free to stay at any of the other housing locations, with the same stipulations.
Feel free to use this post for any resident gatherings, updates, etc!

I always thought that Iwa may have been the one involved with Mr. Kasuga. [ wait ] Those are the only two you don't know about? [ did she miss info about kanda??? ]

Kate killed Kanda, dear. We thought Iwatooshi killed Ichiban, too but... he didn't. It wasn't an afflicted person at all.

Yeah, that's what we though too, but Totty learned a few weeks back that whoever was involved with Ichi wasn't possessed. It's thanks to him that we know that at all.

Iwatooshi-san was just part of the chimera that worked with one of the other killers. The person who killed Kasuga-san wasn't possessed, they just chose to do it. Probably for one of those prizes at the swamp.
