Home sweet home, or in your case, a dilapidated building. Of course, nothing is stopping you from finding shelter elsewhere, but at some point you must have stepped into this building or slept under its roof, so this is home; while it's not very plush, do you really want to risk sleeping outside?

There is also a small plaque on the mailbox now with everyone's names engraved on it. Trying to deface it will result in more papercuts, for some reason. The names read:

Eric Tomizawa, Ichiban Kasuga, Kanda Yuu, Kate, Laudna, Lavi, Pickles, Yuffie Kisaragi

By your sleeping arrangements, there are chests to hold whatever items you opt to place in them, which cannot be publicly accessed like the rest of your house. Otherwise, guests are free to come and go or sleep over, though going over the maximum suggested occupancy will be uncomfortable and cramped. Guests will also be unable to access to this post. Characters are also free to stay at any of the other housing locations, with the same stipulations.

[ on monday, kate will try to catch everyone at the haunted house before they wander off to repeatedly fall into memory-voids all day. ]

Ah... wait. Before we all go wandering, there's something I'd like you all to see.

[ she places a piece of paper on the table. it reads: ]

... caution, for the ritual is not without its troubles. The god we seek to bring into our realm might still be a fledgling. A newborn. It needs to be protected and the steps to bring it into the realm completed perfectly, else it just become just as mortal as those who brought it into the world.

I believe the source is credible.

[At some point early in the morning, a loud thud and a crash can be heard from Lavi and Kanda's room... hope you were sleeping somewhere else, Totty. Rip your eardrums.

Shortly after, Kanda stomps out of the room and the house with Mugen, looking annoyed. Goodbye.

"But Pixi," you say, "isn't this just a normal occurrence in this household?"

[okay i'm so sorry about this because i technically got this last thursday but it was so busy so i only remembered to post about this today. she just now opened it i guess.

there is a little wooden dollhouse on chicken legs running around the house now! it's holding a tiny little feather duster, but it isn't really doing much work to sweep up. laudna is chasing after it.]

No, no, no, you silly thing. Sweep!

[ it's your girl yuffie!!! she's back!! after she's taken care of robin and probably lavi and kanda tch ]

So, hey guys. We can each ask for something from the overseers every week. [ this isn't new, just restating ] We should make sure Totty has a bed or something to sleep on. [ yes she's calling him totty forever ]

And one of us should have a first aid kit. We also need stuff like painkillers since.... you know. [ everyone is getting maimed ] I've some other ideas, but they're... kiiinda depressing.

But let's coordinate who's asking for what.

I'd been meaning to request some tea, but I can pitch in and get something higher-priority if needed. I'd like to hear your other ideas, too.

...Actually whatever I ask for is still going to get delivered to the theater, so maybe I should ask for the things that are easiest to carry.

week 3, late monday/early tuesday

[ this is before the biting rule just so we don't descend into madness here ]

So, hey guys. I want you to look at something.

[ passing this note around to everyone. it reads: ]

"—ter what happened today, I don't think you could call this place safe by any stretch of the imagination. We've seen it react now in nearly a hostile way to our presence, and I don't know how long we can stay. Even so, the fact that it exists at all is beyond my expectation.

But on the other hand, the cult realizing that this place exists—that there might be any space, no matter how small, that they cannot observe—would be catastrophic. What little safety and advantage we do have would be forfeit, and the cult is likely to wipe the slate clean and start over. And in truth, I have no proof that there's a way back.

So, is it worth hoping that they can keep a secret? Perhaps it is cruel, but I want to err on the side of caution."

I don't know how legit this is, but.... just follow your girl Yuffie's lead on this one. No public sharing! Be sneaky. If it's real, we don't want it getting out to the cult.
