The bloodletting to a god in exchange for unknown rewards is one thing, but to do so while not allowing us to use the facilities in proper form is perhaps a line too far. Even a Myrkulite enclave has enough water closets to prove sufficient and a shocking amount of them were goblins, ghouls and ogres.
At least consider another bathing option. I have to sleep in very close quarters with these people.

Famine suggested I make a list, but I have quite a few things I'd like to get my hands on. We could do something about the food situation too, for starters. I'm really quite good at cooking, if you'd allow me ingredients.
A variety of ingredients for cooking - you see, our good friend Astarion hasn’t eaten proper food in quite a while and I’d quite like to show him I’m a very competent cook! And also the food here is extremely terrible. If I’m facing certain death, I’d like a last few meals that are better than gruel.
Next would be bathing supplies. A lot of them. You’re really quite underestimating how awful it will become incredibly fast if we don’t get ahead of this. Consider your own senses if not ours.
Apart from that, I would highly recommend some sort of reading material that is not a singular cursed Bible. There’s a reason we’re all becoming quite obsessed with its possession and I believe other books available would divert from that.
Then the basics of camping supplies, or at least something to enliven the living spaces we are provided. Some comforts of home wouldn’t go amiss. I suppose I can live without my astrolabe, but a singular pillow would be greatly appreciated.
Tara could also use some … enrichment I suppose? She gets into more trouble than strictly necessary if she isn’t diverted, which is a common affliction amongst the magically inclined. Some toys? Or at least a piece of wire one can attach a string too.

Well, at the very least... I don't think the way this village is will be forever set in stone, if that makes sense? The magic that made it is in flux, a bit, so it may be easier to get some of these things later without needing to go through us for it. But we can work our way through that.
You seem to barely control anything. You should be sure to include some higher standards for your employment for the next blood sacrifice contract you take.
