... Kate was the monster you guys missed a few weeks back. She killed quite a few people.

This week, other people where she lives figured out it was her, so they came up with a plan to trap her overnight. It apparently worked, but they let her out Friday morning to help investigate. She went and found Famine, and killed hom.

Oh dear.

So, not a perfect solution, just a delay. He’s over here, by the way. As sprightly as any of us who have been murdered and popped back up like daisies.

Ah, I'm sure he enjoys getting out of work early...

[ she sighs ]

Oh, I wouldn't worry. I think there's plenty for him to do over here, against his will or not.

Me? ... I'm fine. A little annoyed, but-- well. It's not the first time I've died and woken up again, after all. This is already a significant improvement over the previous time.
