I can see the occasional benefit of magic, but it seems unruly when it doesn't come with a clear obvious set of rules and consequences. I've been told that it's akin to science in ways, and I see it on occasion...

On others, I think it's wildly stupid.

I've done some reading. There are a few concepts I want to try, but introducing magic to a world without it is too risky.

So I might see how I can adapt it into a scientific equivalent to allow for easier recovery for patients.

Nothing. People mistook the curse for magic, but that too was just a result of human folly.

Hmm... I opened the country about a year ago, so I think I would've heard it by now. I get too many pleas for collaboration on different projects for it to not be mentioned.

But perhaps it's on the horizon. It'd be nice for something worthwhile in the world to be invented by someone else.
