Oh, it's like... this whole place is fluctuating constantly because of the magic, and changes. It's why the island with the farm animals popped up, for example.

Just what happened to you guys was a... much more extreme version.

There isn't any way to control magic? Seems like things keep happening without restriction.

We can't alter a spell once it's been made, basically. We can try to do a counter one, but the magic that created the place we're in is a lot stronger than anything we can try to make against it. It'd likely just blow up in our face instead.

None of them have come to me about it. Which is understandable, it's been a pretty intense few days.

Well, on our way back we saw some room with a bunch of scrolls, jars and candles.

Anyway, if it turns out to be bad, you can burn them later, I guess. But anything potentially useful is worth looking into.

Well, I have access to abilities from home, but the fo-- three of us can do some of the spells and stuff from here. Like how we do the ritual stuff over the weekend.

But it just means we're a little more sensitive to things.
