Shucks, I'd be glad for that, too. But you're gonna get the gratitude, anyways, Death, 'cause I got it to give.
[ cheerfully bulldozes like a very large dog. but he does draw his hand away from their special purple flowers. ]
Would it be okay to take a few clippings of other stuff? Things good for astringents and pain relief. 'cause I heard apparently there's actual monsters around here?
[Meanwhile, they have the energy of a very old cat, who has learned to resign themselves to attention.]
You can take some, just don't encourage people to bother us to come here if they're bad with plants. [There are basic gardening tools for Alfyn to use, and he can collect things for home remedies of mild effectiveness, nothing very strong] What sort of monsters are you expecting?
[ at least be a little repentant, alfyn? "no this is familiar suffering." ]

[ he will absolutely take mild effectiveness over nothing, and carefully grab some tools to prune bits and bobs off for salves, tinctures, and pastes that will hopefully help everybody here. ] Well. Is it just, uh, technically us that are the monsters? Or is there stuff out there in the fog?
'cause a couple people made it sound like they expected some beasties to come out and pounce, which I'm pretty used to from back home but not sure if that's actually a thing.
They do watch just to make sure Alfyn doesn't fuck up any plants, but doesn't stop him since he clearly knows what he's doing.]
